Polycarbonate U Lock

U Lock Polycarbonate profile is designed to seal the edge of polycarbonate sheets. Applied after the solid/vented aluminium tape it closes the edge to prevent dust, water, and bugs get access to the hollow space. It also provides a clear finish to the edge of the sheet. The profile can easily be cut.

In order to prevent dust and dirt from penetrating inside the ribs, the exposed top and bottom ends (the width of a sheet) must always be sealed first with the solid aluminium tape on the top and vent tape at the bottom.
